Stranger No. 70

This is Muthukumar, whose moustache caught my attention.  He was at the flower market in Koyambedu, in Chennai.  After I snapped his photograph, his friends were joking that he was the “king of Koyambedu”.  It must have been some kind of inside joke, I’m not sure!
